ARD considerations include.:

• Brake lift and limited speed freewheel
• Powered motor, full load or easiest direction of travel only
• Distance to travel; nearest floor or all floors
• Speed of travel; reduced or full speed
• Duration of operation; one trip or 1 hour

• Restore power to the control panel in the event of power failure allowing passengers to exit safely
