ACVV Regulator MKII – Incorrect Stopping Sequence

  1. Adjust potentiometer DLT1 and DLT2 to obtain correct sequence (DLT1 is used to drop the Brake which should happen before the Mains contactors drop controlled by DLT2. DLT2 should 0.5 – 1.5 seconds after Brake has dropped.
  2. Check DC Bias is setup correctly. The DC output voltage when the motor is running at contract speed under load should be approximately 0 – 2v DC. The adjustment can be made on ACR8/9 B card pot marked DC Bias.
