After thorough assessment and consideration, we regret to inform you that TVC’s M6808 processor, alternating current ACVV drive/regulator and direct current DCVV drive/regulator will soon become obsolete. This means that as of 01/09/2024 we will discontinue support, parts, updates, and maintenance for these products. We understand that this news may come as an inconvenience, however, TVC are committed to helping you through your transition.

The decision to discontinue these products is not taken lightly. Factors such as component obsolescence, technological advancements, evolving industry standards, and shifting customer needs have led us to this conclusion. While we strive to maintain the utmost level of service and support, it is no longer feasible to sustain our M6808 processor and the ACVV+DCVV regulators in its current form.

What does this mean for you?

• End of Support: Effective 01/09/2024 we will cease all technical support services. This includes assistance with troubleshooting, bug fixes, and general inquiries related to the product.
• End of Updates: There will be no further updates or patches released after 01/09/2024. This means that any existing issues or bugs will remain unresolved, and new features or improvements will not be implemented.
• Migration Assistance: We understand that transitioning away from these products may pose challenges. To facilitate a smooth transition, we are committed to providing resources and assistance to help you migrate to alternative solutions.
