Adjust potentiometer DLT1 and DLT2 to obtain correct sequence (DLT1 is used to drop the Brake which should happen before the Mains contactors drop controlled by DLT2. DLT2 should 0.5 – 1.5 seconds after Brake has dropped.
Check DC Bias is setup correctly. The DC output voltage when the motor is running at contract speed under load should be approximately 0 – 2v DC. The adjustment can be made on ACR8/9 B card pot marked DC Bias.
