As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:-
- Call on clients including specifiers, consultants, lift contractors, local authorities, health and education authorities to promote and sell company products.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully organising and managing the field sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic Sales plan that expands TVC’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the UK market.
- Responsible for recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of field sales team, including monthly 1-2-1s.
- Monitor use of Zoho system on a regular basis including diary use and updates on meetings and chasing quotes.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present realistic and regular forecasts to line manager and/or the management team including covering meetings as and when required.
- Regular reports weekly/monthly (input) to line manager and assist with Budget.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualifications
Prospective Sales Managers should have experience working in the sales field, preferably in the Lift Industry. They should also have a successful and verified track record in leading a sales department to achieve its goals.
