The need for Sales Order Co-Ordinator has arisen in the Customer Services Department based in our head office in Flint, Flintshire. This role is responsible for processing all sales orders, ensuring that all relevant systems are updated accurately.

  • Adding new sales orders onto internal system (Syspro).
  • Creating WIPS and producing drawings for new panel orders when required.
  • Responsible for chasing up ED5 forms with customers.
  • Holiday cover for dispatching and invoicing panels.
  • Cover for allocation of SIM Cards to relevant orders, ensuring that SIMPRO is updated with the new location of the SIM.
  • Providing assistance in the office as and when required


Candidates must have at previous office experience and must be accurate, methodical and have good verbal and written communication.

Being proficient in Microsoft software packages and being familiar with SYSPRO and Solarvista software packages is an advantage but not essential.


  • Normal working hours are 0800 to 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0800 to 1600 on Fridays
